Our Dual Grip Handle is a high-quality solution for lifters that want to utilize their MBPC Power Pin for dozens of accessory exercises.
I outgrew my own dumbbells for heavy rows and the first Dual Grip Handle was made out of necessity for my own training. As I began to use the Dual Grip Handle daily, I quickly knew that it had to be added to our site as I preferred it over dumbbells for most accessory exercises.
The combination of an MBPC Power Pin and Dual Grip handle allows you to perform swings, Ukrainian deadlifts, rows, triceps extensions, curls, all shoulder raise variations, flys, pressing (the weight will rest on your forearm like a kettlebell while pressing), farmers carry and more for less money than one heavy, well-made kettlebell or dumbbell.
Since our Dual Grip Handle has both a 1.25” and 1.9” diameter handle, all exercises can be performed with a standard or larger diameter to build superior hand strength.
